About the author: Eiko Konishi
Eiko Konishi was born in Kyoto City in 1958. She graduated from Kyoto City University of Arts and completed her postgraduate studies in Japanese painting at the same university. Her notable picture books include "Round and Delicious," "Sandwich Sandwich," "Bento," "Curry Rice," "Papageno and Papagena," and "Spoon-chan," all published by Fukuinkan Shoten, as well as "Finally Met" and "Today is Christmas," published by Shikosha.
